Legal Information

These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between SchnellMarkt and consumers (§ 13 BGB) who use the SchnellMarkt platform. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting as a consumer

SchnellMarkt is an online grocery shopping and delivery platform. Users can order products through the app or website and have them delivered to their chosen address.

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for the security of your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for your account security and all activities under your account

The presentation of products on our platform does not constitute a binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum).

• By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products
• You will receive an automatic order confirmation by email — this only confirms receipt of your order
• The contract is formed when we accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation or delivering the goods
• We reserve the right to decline an order within 5 business days (e.g. due to stock unavailability or pricing errors)

All prices shown on our platform include applicable statutory VAT. Payment is due at the time the order is placed.

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal or Klarna
• Order confirmation is sent via email
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price at the time of order is binding
• Product availability may vary based on stock levels

Our delivery service is currently limited to Germany, the Netherlands and Austria. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

• Delivery is only available to supported postal codes
• Shipping fees vary based on order amount and delivery address
• Free shipping may be offered above a certain order amount

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@schnellmarkt.com with a clear statement of your decision
• Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days
• You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. perishable food items)

The delivered goods remain the property of SchnellMarkt until full payment has been received. Until that time, you may not resell, pledge or otherwise dispose of the goods.

The SchnellMarkt application, website, logo, design and all content belong to SchnellMarkt. Our content may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Account deletion is irreversible and your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or app notification.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable.
